My experience in the military and work in child and adult protective services, foster care, adoption, and crisis intervention has given me the knowledge and experience to provide services and support. I deeply believe that people do the best they can in the circumstances they encounter.

My main therapeutic approach is Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and CBT. I work with clients to create meaningful change using evidence-based methods tailored to your unique needs and goals.
