I have 20 years of experience with severe, acute and chronic mental illness and personality disorders. I work with veterans, first responders and domestic violence survivors as well as anger and behavioral management.

I have worked in the mental health and crisis management field, serving individuals, couples, adolescents, and children. When I am not practicing therapy, I am likely to be planning a family event, camping, fishing, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

I am from Washington State, and I currently live in Birch Bay, WA. I was born in 1990. I'm an avid reader, and I also enjoy chess, meditation, backpacking, hunting, and boxing. I'm a bit of a nerd as well, and I build my own desktop computers. I would say the Pasayten Wilderness Area is one of my happy places.
