I started as a peer specialist and have grown into a clinical mental health counselor working with adults facing a range of mental health issues. I believe that with determination, hard work, and the right guidance, everyone has the potential to improve their life.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I deeply believe in the human capacity for growth in the face of incredible adversity. Pain is oftentimes inevitable, but suffering is optional.
