I am a Master's Level, professionally trained and supervised psychotherapist in Colorado and Washington State. I am also a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). I have been providing therapy services for over 20 years and professional supervision to other therapists for over 10 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents.

I have 20 years of experience with severe, acute and chronic mental illness and personality disorders. I work with veterans, first responders and domestic violence survivors as well as anger and behavioral management.

My goal is to help empower you to find your inner strength, balance, and happiness amongst life's challenges. I work with a wide range of issues at all stages of life, including adoption, anxiety, depression, foster care, trauma, panic attacks, and men's and women's issues.

I work with my clients and do not have them work for me. I help my clients to get through the hardest parts of their life as well as celebrate with them as they succeed. I got my Master's Degree In Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I am from Washington State, and I currently live in Birch Bay, WA. I was born in 1990. I'm an avid reader, and I also enjoy chess, meditation, backpacking, hunting, and boxing. I'm a bit of a nerd as well, and I build my own desktop computers. I would say the Pasayten Wilderness Area is one of my happy places.
