I have a passion for helping people manage their depression symptoms, manage their anxiety, build more effective coping skills, increase their communication effectiveness, and support with the stress of parenting and daily life.

Taking steps toward better mental health can feel overwhelming. The good news is none of us are meant to go it alone. I'm experienced in multiple areas including grief and loss, substance use, anxiety and depression, cultural strength and dissonance, elders and caregiving issues, as well as Native American concerns.
