Getting started with therapy is the most important part of bettering your mental health! I specialize in PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. I use a lot of really awesome modalities in therapy that I’ve learned in advanced training, helping people overcome their mental health obstacles. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
