I believe in your insight, even if you might not see it yet. I'm curious, I'm interested in you and what you want. I can help you find the places you aren't living within your values, and we can make a plan to get there. I believe in building trust and open communication. I don't judge you, I walk alongside you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I spent years in the creative fields connecting emotions to human experience. As I gained my own experience in life, I realized that there are universal truths that we tend to feel in isolation. I joined the field to help others feel connected and grow into the person they feel comfortable with.

My goals for you

"Goals" can be a big word. Often, we enter therapy with ideas about what our goals "should" be. I believe it's important to translate those into your own language and your own choices, and those will get us to where we need to be. Everyone loves to check things off a list, so let's build the right list for you.

Our first session

First sessions are about finding comfort. A real therapeutic relationship builds over time, and the beginning is really about me listening to you and being curious about your experiences and challenges. My goal is to make it feel natural, not clinical, and before you know it, you'll realize we were working together the whole time.
