My primary focus is medication management for mental health concerns. I work with individuals navigating a range of challenges, helping them find balance and move toward wellness.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and related mental health concerns.

My approach

I use motivational interviewing and a holistic, non-judgmental approach with all clients. I encourage you to love yourself and recognize that we can only control our own actions.

My communication style

I create a nonjudgmental environment and use evidence-based research in my practice. I'm direct and clear in my communication to decrease misunderstandings and help you feel understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

During my nursing career, I saw how those with mental health disorders were often viewed negatively. I wanted to change that, so I focused on psychiatry to empower others and help decrease stigma around mental health.

I encourage you to make your own goals, as I believe it will empower you to succeed. I use a patient-centered approach, often drawing on motivational interviewing to support your progress.

We'll have a problem-focused discussion. I love to hear what you describe as the problem, then explore your goals for treatment and how we can work together to achieve them. I'll ask questions to help guide our options.
