My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to psychiatric care by a desire to help people better understand their mental health and feel supported in treatment decisions. Becoming a PMHNP allows me to combine clinical expertise with compassionate care and help clients move toward improved stability and well-being.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively by discussing what matters most to each client and identifying realistic, achievable priorities. Goals are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed to reflect progress, challenges, and changes in treatment needs.

During the first session, we will review your concerns, symptoms, and mental health history while discussing your goals for care. I’ll explain treatment options clearly and answer questions so you feel informed and supported. By the end, we’ll outline next steps together.
