My focus
I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition, whether these are new symptoms, returning symptoms, or increased due to life stress. Have you been struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or depression and feel like nothing works? I will work alongside you to develop a plan of care based on your specific needs.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand their symptoms, review treatment options, and develop goals. We will work side by side to make changes in thinking and behaviors. My priority is to help you learn tools and skills to navigate mental health symptoms and stressful events.
