My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider has been shaped by a deep commitment to service, both in the military and in civilian healthcare. I witnessed firsthand the profound impact mental health challenges have on individuals, families, and communities, particularly among service members, veterans, and underserved populations.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative, individualized approach to goal setting, working closely with each patient to identify what matters most to them. We define clear, realistic, and measurable goals that align with their values, needs, and stage of recovery. I help patients break larger goals into manageable steps and regularly revisit them to assess progress.

Our first session

During the initial session, patients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation conducted in a respectful and professional environment. This assessment includes a thorough review of presenting concerns, psychiatric and medical history, psychosocial background, and any previous mental health treatment.
