My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts, and Dialectical behavior therapy to help the client build skills to manage their emotions. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support you.
