My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began in childhood, when I felt deep within my heart a clear calling to help others. Over the past decade, that calling guided me into social work, where I've gained meaningful experiences supporting individuals through some of life's challenging moments. Becoming a therapist is an extension of my soul's purpose.

Together, we'll work on developing coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and setting achievable goals that align with your values and needs. I aim to empower you with the insight and skills needed to foster resilience, emotional well-being, and lasting personal growth.

Our first session

A first session with me is warm, supportive, and paced at the client's comfort, focusing on building trust, understanding their story, and identifying what they hope to gain from therapy.
