My counseling style is inviting, directive, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy started with the desire to help others find strength and navigate through life's hardest challenges. I truly believe that everyone has the potential for positive growth and change. Seeing my clients gain confidence, meet goals, or find peace makes being a therapist fulfilling.

My goals for you

I focus on you being the expert in your life, but therapy is a journey you shouldn't take alone. As a team, we'll identify and set goals that cater to you, whether managing symptoms, improving relationships, building self-esteem, or other objectives. My presence provides the support and tools you need to move closer to your goals.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to build rapport. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take the pace that is most comfortable to you, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
