I create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment where you can feel valued and heard. I build rapport with my patients to help them feel at ease. Working with me means having a nonjudgmental provider who genuinely desires to meet your needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

My decision to become a mental health provider was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was seeing many patients with depression and anxiety who didn't have access to mental health care. The need to serve this population in crisis drove me to pursue further training.

My goals for you

First, I identify your needs. Then, we set short-term and long-term goals together. I focus on creating attainable goals that move you forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Our first session

During our first session, my primary focus is building rapport with you. I want you to feel comfortable and safe as we begin working together. We'll discuss what brings you in and start exploring how I can best support your mental health journey.
