I work with teens, adults, and elders individually, in families or groups, addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem, and women’s health. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth and well-being that feels empowering and achievable.

I take a practical, collaborative approach using a variety of eclectic methods, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and strengths-based tools. Together, we’ll explore patterns, manage emotions, and build skills that fit your real life while supporting your unique goals and growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist from a desire to support others through life’s challenges. Working with children, adults, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, and growth has shown me how meaningful support fosters healing. I’m driven by the belief that everyone can grow, heal, and change.
