My journey to mental healthcare

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and experience working with depression and anxiety for over six years. I offer a solution-oriented and collaborative approach that blends medication management with supportive therapy.

Our first session

In your first session, we’ll take time to understand your concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, past mental health care, lifestyle factors, and any medications you’ve tried before. This helps me form a clear picture of what you’re experiencing and guide an individualized treatment plan.
