I believe therapy opens a path to healing and growth through challenging situations. I work with people facing chronic illness, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, trauma, anger management, divorce, grief, self-esteem issues, and self-harm.

My approach

The most comprehensive and inclusive therapeutic approach is one that is client-centered. Clients may benefit from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, while others may prefer a Humanistic approach. I believe that it takes a great deal of strength to allow oneself to be vulnerable and work through difficult issues that are causing distress.

My communication style

I create a therapeutic environment built on reciprocal communication and feedback. You'll have space to feel comfortable expressing your experiences and feelings openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

Helping others and giving back to my community has been a core value for me. I believe that when a person goes through a challenging time, it is imperative to offer support and validation. We must find a way to move through the difficult times and find a positive way forward. Becoming a therapist allowed me to combine my passion for helping others.
