Hello! I'm here to support your unique needs and goals in a safe, supportive environment. I work with both kids and adults, and I truly believe that kids are the future! I use an eclectic approach with all clients, placing the focus on their individual needs and goals.

My focus

I work with many clients, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, or even sex addiction. Whether you are looking for coping skills, achieving personal goals, or trying to decrease negative behavior, I will work with you to grow as a person in the most comfortable way possible.

My approach

I utilize an eclectic approach with each client. The approach is based on the clients' needs as well as their goals. We would identify the issues and work on strategies together to meet your goal.

My communication style

I allow open communication in a judgment-free zone. I am an active listener who will listen more than speak during a session. I possess an open mind and show patience with all clients. I want the client to feel as comfortable as possible when seeing me for a session.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began during my job as a correction officer in the state prison. Seeing inmates dealing with mental health issues not receive proper help made me want to help others. Seeing change occur in clients during my internship brought me even closer to the field. Seeing change in my clients makes things rewarding.

My goals for you

I will assist the client in developing treatment goals, but it is solely on the client to create their own goals. We would then work on achieving those goals through each session until significant progress is made.
