Hi there, I'm Kelley!

I work with survivors of domestic violence, dealing with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. Although I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy, I prefer to use an eclectic approach to counseling based on the needs of the individual.

My focus

Currently, I am working with both adults and adolescents who have PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety/panic disorder, and Borderline Personality disorder. I enjoy working with all populations and the different challenges that they face. I don't believe that there is a problem too small if it is troubling to that person.

My approach

I have learned that several theories are beneficial to counseling. The ones that I primarily use are cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), trauma-focused therapy, REBT, DBT, and Client Centered Therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual needs of the client.
