My focus

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adult clients with the goal of learning to love themselves while creating a better view of life.

My approach

I understand that counseling isn't a one-size-fits-all process. I offer person-centered sessions to meet you where you are. I use several treatment modalities to provide you with individualized care.

I communicate through client-led sessions. I believe the client is the author of their story. I am here to provide support and tools to help develop a better YOU.

My journey to mental healthcare

I obtained my Master's degree, and I immediately began working to serve others. I've worked in multiple settings with youth and families throughout the years since that time. I began working in private practice four years ago to continue reaching families in need in my local community.

My goals for you

I use a variety of tools to help clients reach their goals. I provide guided exercises in session, recommendations for independent work, and homework assignments as needed.

Our first session

In the first session, I will explain the structure for therapy and answer questions you may have about the counseling process. During this session, I will also gather background information and client history to get to know you and your unique needs. This will help to assist me create preliminary diagnoses and treatment goals.
