I help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, anger, substance use issues, relational conflict, and life transitions. For healing from trauma, I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I bring extensive experience in managing crisis situations and supporting people through their most challenging moments.

Over the past 14 years, I have worked with clients of all ages and ethnic/socioeconomic backgrounds. My ideal client is anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life (whatever that may look like) and is willing and eager to do the work that it may take to see these changes occur for them!
My approach
I use an eclectic approach that draws from person-centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques. I believe that creating a comfortable and accepting environment and building genuine relationships is the greatest indicator of positive outcomes in therapy.
