I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and tailored to each person's unique needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to understanding people's stories and helping them find strength in their struggles. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to combine empathy, clinical skills, and a passion for mental health to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
