My journey to mental healthcare

As I observed my children and those around me grappling with challenges, I realized that mere advice was insufficient. This spurred my desire to acquire skills and adopt a new mindset that would enable me to help others overcome self-imposed barriers and those set by others, with the goal of attaining mental and emotional resilience and autonomy.
