My focus
I am most comfortable working with people much like me. I specialize in working with domestic violence situations and helping people to leave a toxic environment and put their lives back on a positive track. Toxicity is never where we were meant to stay. When we recognize our value, we remove ourselves from toxicity and find our strength.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy encompasses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Systems Focused Therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on behaviors that allow you to examine areas in your life that can be retrained so that your mind and body align. When the mind changes, the body will follow.
