My communication style

I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment in which to share experiences. Through active listening, I encourage each client to explore thoughts and feelings, taking as much time as is needed for open reflection.

My journey to mental healthcare

Believing wholeheartedly that even small change can bring about empowerment and healing, I became a therapist to help others through life challenges. We all face times that require extra support, and within us lies the power to heal and grow.

My goals for you

A fluid, adaptable plan is often an effective way to reach goals in one's change journey. Together, we will set and frequently revisit goals. In this way, your individual plan will provide real support and encourage growth.

Our first session

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and establishing a comfortable, safe environment. We will take our time and move at a relaxed pace as you share what brings you to therapy.
