I believe that a holistic approach emphasizing an individual's strengths that considers unique needs and preferences is most effective for achieving lasting change.

My approach
I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy! Utilizing tools from other areas such as a trauma-focused CBT approach, Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems and Mindfulness techniques, I offer a way to customize a treatment approach to the unique needs of an individual.
