Hi there, I'm Angela!

Having feelings and thoughts you don't understand, or why you have them? A lot of people feel this way on an everyday basis. I can help you understand the cause and root. As well as decreasing these painful feelings, guide you in healing and improves your overall daily level of living. My goal is to help you get your life back.

My focus

If you struggle with anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression, my heart goes out to you. I, too, am a survivor of these tragedies. I specialize in anxiety disorders, trauma, and loss. Understanding the depth of these wounds, I work at the subconscious and conscious levels to heal these wounds and change the negative impact they have on us.

My approach

I provide holistic and integrative mental health, allowing for overall well-being. I use the Humanistic and Psychoanalytic perspectives. Where we work together, collaborating to meet your needs; combining psychological and scientific techniques with your overall goals in mind; and keeping it personalized to keep you feeling comfortable and heard.
