My communication style

I can be direct, which doesn't always translate in the South where I live now. My intention is always to speak with love. I am compassionate and emotionally-focused, but sometimes clients need a little tough love.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always known I wanted to be a counselor. Even as a young child people entrusted me with their secrets and their stories. There was never a doubt that this was my dogma . I feel extremely blessed to spend my days walking with clients on their journeys.

My goals for you

We create a treatment plan together, so we are both on the same page. In the end the goals are the client's to meet, but I walk the path with you to be the best you can be.

Our first session

I'm naturally curious, so I like to get the basics of getting to know you up front. I like to set expectations and stress the importance of confidentiality and safety.
