Hi there, I'm Jessica!

I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and trauma—including childhood, relational, religious, and isolated experiences. I also work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, divorce, and codependency.

My focus

I work with young adults through older adults. While many clients have trauma histories, you don't need trauma experience to work with me. I also support relational issues, parenting challenges, and couples. Primary focus areas include trauma disorders, anxiety, depression, and OCD.

My approach

For trauma survivors, I use EMDR and the Trauma Resiliency Model, both integrating somatic techniques proven effective in healing. For those preferring talk therapy, I draw on Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative approaches to explore core beliefs, identify coping strategies, and reframe your story.
