My communication style is warm but direct in most aspects. I also highly value listening to other perspectives and will strive to make sure you feel comfortable in any of our interactions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey in this field began as a young nurse working in a hospital setting. I was inspired by the strength of individuals living with chronic mental health conditions and seeing their many different paths to wellness.

My goals for you

I believe we are so much more complicated than just taking a medication for us to reach optimal health. During our work together, we will explore a combination of medication, lifestyle changes, and therapy supports to be the most successful.

Our first session

During our first session, I will do my best to create an environment that you can feel comfortable and confident sharing your story. We will talk about a variety of things from mental health history to other medical illnesses and lifestyles before making our first steps plan for treatment.
