My communication style is calm, clear, and non‑judgmental. I create a space where you can talk openly at your own pace, and I make sure you always understand your treatment options, so we can decide on the next steps together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a mental health nurse practitioner because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen and supported during some of the hardest moments in their lives. My goal is to make mental health care approachable, empowering, and truly collaborative, and wanted to be someone clients can trust and someone who listens without judgment.

My approach involves setting goals that feel achievable and aligned with your personal values. I help you stay on track with consistent follow‑ups, open communication, and a treatment plan that adapts as your needs evolve, and we work collaboratively to identify your goals, structure, support, and evidence‑based tools.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, medical history, and goals so I can understand your needs fully. My priority is to create a comfortable, non‑judgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
