My journey to mental healthcare

My path to mental health began after struggling to help a teenage family member. Not knowing how to support her properly changed everything. I shifted my entire career focus to ensure I could help as many people as possible and prevent others from feeling lost when someone they love is struggling.

My goals for you

I use the recovery model, which means I listen carefully to your concerns and we decide together on treatment based on your priorities. Your goals guide our work, and we adjust our approach as you progress. This collaborative process ensures your treatment truly serves what matters most to you.

In our first session, you'll gain understanding and relief as we explore what's happening and how it connects to your diagnosis. We'll work together to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. You can expect follow-up within two weeks to check how things are going.
