Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I'm proud of you for starting this process, as sometimes we need support to help with life's stressors. I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and trauma. I tailor my approach to each individual/family that I work with.

My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. I also use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and solution-focused therapy, as well as mindfulness strategies. These approaches give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.
