Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families facing challenges such as emotional regulation, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 44 years in the field of mental health and substance use doing direct service, supervision, management, and consulting. I have training and skills in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including the Gottman Method for relationships, DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy, and other modalities.
