I work with adults facing a variety of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and much more. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach that is welcoming and warm, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable taking their first step towards healing.

I have training in treating a variety of presenting symptoms and am passionate about assisting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress. Some of the specialized training I have received, in modalities such as DBT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, allows an eclectic approach to work with adults.

My approach

I use a personalized approach to therapy, meaning that every client gets the style that feels most comfortable for them. I specialize in CBT, DBT, narrative-focused work, solution-focused therapy, and much more. However, I often use a combination of modalities to make healing feel comfortable and unique for each presenting need.

I prioritize client-centered communication that respects every person's determination. I also work hard to ensure that all sessions feel comfortable and welcoming, while also always asking for feedback to ensure that I am supporting you as best as possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to become a provider started at a young age, being raised by a single mother. I believe everyone can find healing with the right counselor. I have experience working with different populations and acuities, which solidified my passion for working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress.

My goals for you

During our first couple of sessions, we will create a treatment plan and have a discussion on how we can meet each decided upon goal. We can always revisit the treatment plan to change or add goals as we progress through sessions. I strive to support my clients in making long-term progress on their goals.

Our first session

Clients will start their journey by identifying the specific goals they want to work on and having a collaborative conversation regarding which interventions would best work with their goals. Each session will feel warm and welcoming, while also allowing space to work on even the most challenging of symptoms.
