Are you ready to be happy, content, and in love with yourself? I have a Counseling license from the state of Arizona and have been practicing therapy for over 35 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a master's degree in Psychology. My approach to therapy is to provide a non-judgmental environment to support my clients.

My clients are typically male or female, experiencing relationship struggles. I also work with individuals who are products of dysfunctional families, which impacts them negatively as adults. In my practice, I work with individuals who are having difficulty with cultural conflicts.

My approach to treatment is typically eclectic; I do not have a specific methodology because I feel clients are multifaceted and several modalities may be required. My key component is trust; after establishing trust in the therapeutic relationship, challenging beliefs and behaviors evolve organically.
