I focus on an individual's thoughts prior to behaviors as to change the thinking in order to change the resulting behavior. Seeking therapy is not easy so I thank you for allowing me to go on this journey of change with you.

I have a very easygoing nature and I hope therapy will feel like an enlightening conversation to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a young adult I struggled with self-esteem and moments of sadness. I learned great tools to empower myself and to love myself and want to impart that to you. I also have anxiety while being a passenger in a vehicle so I have learned how to reduce irrational thoughts evident with anxiety.

I challenge my clients to use the tools I provide to include objective thinking and reducing the all or nothing mind frame.
