My communication style is warm, genuine, and gentle. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Working with me is collaborative and compassionate, helping you explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career supporting children and families impacted by abuse and neglect, shaping my commitment to a calm, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space. I’ve since worked with diverse communities and complex challenges, always honoring each person’s story.

My goals for you

I approach goal-setting collaboratively, using evidence-based methods to set short-, medium-, and long-term goals. I provide encouragement, adjust goals as needed, and help clients process challenges with a strength-based perspective, focusing on building skills and learning from experiences.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, build trust, and explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll review your history, discuss your goals, and I’ll share tools to manage stress and emotions. You can ask questions anytime, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you.
