I became a therapist for the opportunity to make a tangible positive impact by helping those facing challenges and empowering people to overcome obstacles. I have a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference.

I use a client-centered approach to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives. You participate actively in goal-setting and decision-making. We regularly evaluate progress and adapt goals as needed based on your evolving needs and circumstances.
