I work with adults specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and postpartum depression. I help clients understand and process past and current trauma to work towards healing and gain a better sense of self.
My focus
I work with adults who have experienced childhood or adult trauma resulting in symptoms of depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, and difficulty with daily activities. I work at your pace and patiently support your journey of healing.
My approach
I meet clients where they are and guide them through the therapy journey. Using psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and somatic therapy, I help clients identify thought and behavior patterns and learn new skills to improve quality of life.
