My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences growing up in poverty and navigating life as a neurodivergent individual. These experiences fostered a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to helping others overcome challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

My goals for you

I approach treatment planning collaboratively. I believe therapy goals should reflect what the client wants to work on rather than being imposed by the therapist. Goals should be realistic, meaningful, and achievable, allowing clients to experience progress and build confidence in their ability to create change.

Our first session

During our first session, you can expect me to gather a detailed history so I can better understand your background, current concerns, and strengths. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy based on what you would like to focus on and what feels realistic for you.
