My therapeutic style is unique in that it helps clients find their voice early in therapy, establishing trust and enhancing the therapeutic process. As a client, you will feel safe, heard, and understood. There will be no judgment, only encouragement and thoughtful engagements to ensure you receive quality support.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always felt drawn to the field of human services. I believe I possess an innate ability to understand others' experiences without judgment, and to offer unconditional positive regard. This perspective has been reinforced throughout my years of study, but it originates from a deeply personal place.

Goals are established at the very beginning of treatment, ensuring that you accomplish what you set out to achieve when seeking therapeutic intervention. Goal planning will be person-centered and created around your specific needs.

Our first session

Our initial intake session will be focused on understanding you and your needs. There's no pressure to continue working with me beyond this session. My goal is to create a safe and validating space for you to share your story. I'll also ask a series of intake questions to ensure I can provide you with the highest quality of support.
