I work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I enjoy working with clients statewide via Telehealth. Among others, my specialties include stress, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, anger, and relationship issues. I enjoy helping my clients create a life of quality and an overall increased sense of well-being.

My focus

I work with clients ages 18 to 64 to facilitate improvements in their overall coping skills and adjustment to a variety of life issues, whether it be marital, career, moving, or family concerns, among many other issues.

My approach

I primarily use CBT, supportive, solution-focused, and some insight-based strategies. I focus on wellness and strength-based approaches to overcome clients' obstacles and concerns.

My communication style

My communication style is down-to-earth, personable, and caring, with a focus on creating a comfortable and honest environment for my clients to share their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I enjoy helping people improve their lives. I am from a healthcare family and have always enjoyed and been interested in helping people meet challenging goals and improve their mental health.

I collaborate with all of my clients to set their unique counseling goals for health and well-being. We discuss and review them as needed to work on clear and achievable goals.
