I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you navigate life's challenges. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and build the skills you need to move forward with confidence.

My goals for you

We will identify obstacles in your way and address them through your strengths and values. At times, we may observe things from a bird’s-eye view, but also examine details in high resolution up close, all with the purpose of helping you feel empowered, excited, and invigorated for the road ahead.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is your space to share openly, ask questions, and begin building a foundation for our collaborative journey.
