My communication style is warm, collaborative, and clear. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and asking questions. Sessions with me are conversational and respectful, with a focus on listening, understanding, and helping you feel empowered to take an active role in your care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep interest in people’s stories and their capacity for growth and healing. Seeing how compassionate support can create meaningful change inspired me to pursue advanced training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Supporting patients as they build confidence and resilience motivates me every day.

Goal setting is a shared process in my practice. Together, we break big goals into manageable steps and revisit them over time. We celebrate progress, adjust as needed, and keep your care aligned with your values, strengths, and evolving needs.

Our first session

During sessions, we may explore symptoms, life experiences, and treatment options. This can include medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sleep concerns, or other challenges, we’ll work together toward feeling better and living well.
