My ideal clients are adults who are ready to do the work in therapy, even when it is sometimes uncomfortable. My client and I make up a team, and thus have chemistry between us, so that the environment is one of safety and trust. I'm a professional secret keeper, so you can tell me what you've been hiding all these years without fear of judgment.
My approach
Treatment with me is a team approach. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm half of the partnership that will work together for solutions that make sense to you and help you figure out the answers you already have locked deep inside yourself.
