I am a trauma-informed therapist, and I approach my sessions using a strength-based and humanistic approach.

My focus

I typically work with adults 19 and over. The populations I have a passion for working with include attachment issues, past traumatic experiences, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression.

My approach

With my background in trauma, I take a trauma-informed approach and incorporate a mix of other trauma modalities to work through the trauma the body experienced, as well as the mind.

My communication style

I mainly create a space that is calming and inviting, one that allows for a place to feel comfortable sharing emotions without it being pressuring.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I always wanted to help people, and the medical profession was not for me. I believe a lot of my experiences in my life have led me to be in this profession, and hearing how people rise above their hardships is truly remarkable.
