Hi there, I'm Mindy!

I have been practicing as a therapist in mental health counseling for almost 20 years. I have been independent for almost 15 years. I enjoy working with people like you to help empower, enlighten, and build outside support to help you not only achieve your goals but also maintain and surpass them.

My focus

The most common concerns that clients bring to me are mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, trauma, and ADHD. Clients seem to be struggling with relationship issues, issues related to their career/school, and low self-esteem, to name a few.

My approach

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I tap into a variety of other theories as needed. I help clients build insight and understanding about patterns that are causing dysfunction or unhappiness. I work with clients to intentionally challenge and alter those problematic thoughts and behaviors, which usually leads to symptom relief.
