Hi there, I'm Kristi!

I offer individual, family, and couple counseling. I come from a psychodynamic lens of treating past childhood experiences so you can live a happy and fulfilled life. I earned my Master of Science degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. From September 2010 until becoming licensed, I completed my clinical hours at ChildNet Youth and Family Services in Long Beach, CA.

My approach

My approach to therapy involves treating any traumas from your past, which is a crucial part of recovery and treatment. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as part of my therapeutic methods.

I work with individual clients, couples, and families, providing a safe and therapeutic setting in which they can find space to grow and repair relationships.

My communication style

I am a warm, empathetic listener who creates a safe space for open dialogue. My communication style is direct yet compassionate as we explore your past experiences and work together to process traumas. I offer guidance and support on your journey of growth and healing.
